Drinks at the Hideout
There are a lot of unpredictable things that happen at the Hideout,
but the quality of your drink is not one of them. We hand squeeze
all of our orange, lemon and grapefruit juices. Our liquor inventory
reflects some of the finest spirits available. And just as we celebrate
the artists on the walls, our bartenders craft and present your
drink so well you'll just want look at it (well, for a moment at
least). We carry both bottled and specialty draft beer, superb wines,
champagnes and Pellegrino. Our coffee is Caffè Vita and our
chocolate is hand-made by Tissout. Drink specials and draft beer
change with the seasons, but our happy hour remains tried and true.
From 4:00–7:00 pm Monday through Friday, we offer ice cold
$1.50 Rainier in a bottle, and $3.50 well drinks.
Food at the Hideout
With a kitchen the size of an elevator, our food offerings are tasty
but limited. Great for the after work snack or late night treat,
we offer a delicious cheese platter (with or without salami) and
a spread platter featuring hummus, olive tapenade and spinach artichoke
dip. Both are served with Italian peppers and flatbread.
